Load Envelope

Send us your existing CAD and load case, or your raw forces, moments, and the space the part must live in.

Topology

We solve the load path — every fiber oriented to the stress it will actually carry, not to what's easy to tool.

03

Growth

Continuous carbon fiber accretes onto a dissolvable mandrel, layer by layer. No joints form because none are added.

04

Cure & Reveal

The part cures as one fully composite piece. The mandrel dissolves. What's left is hollow, monolithic, lighter, and stronger.

Technology

A weave that follows the load.

Every part is a fully carbon composite monolith. Fiber orientation is driven by finite-element output, not tooling convenience. The result is hollow, joint-free, lighter, and stronger than metal parts built the traditional way.
